KPC series rail transfer cart is powered by conductor, the AC 380V is introduced to the AC electrical control system of the transfer cart via the sliding wire .The transfer cart has the following actions , start , stop , go forward and backward on the rail . The transfer cart gets power from the moving collector that fixed on the transfer cart .The sliding wire can be installed in the middle of rails or trench outside the rail , to ensure safe and convenient the cover can be installed above the trench , the transfer cart gets the power from the sliding wire through the automatic turning device . The control voltage is 36V, the hydraulic lifting system can be installed on the transfer cart .
This series transfer cart can be used in harsh environment , high temperature working conditions, it is preferred in workshop flow line because the simple structure , low requirements on rails and low cost .It is suitable to be used shorting running distance , high frequency of use , low cart’s height and assembly line work .
