Chile customer bought the 3.2 ton knuckle boom truck mounted crane , at first , the customer is worried about the quality and installation , so we showed some pictures and videos of our workshop , they speak highly of it . Then we showed them the installation steps for their reference , after about one week discussion and confirmation . The customer confirm the order .
One month later , we showed them the finished knuckle boom crane picture , we give them two colors for choose , Yellow, Red and Blue , finally , they confirm the yellow one . After painting , we showed the picture of package to them . They satisfied with it and arranged the balance payment .
One month later , they got the crane , they installed it as the instruction that was sent , they installed it successfully . After tested , they showed us the videos , all the functions works perfectly . They said , if need their help of installation in Chile , they will be very glad to help our customers .
