KPX series rail transfer cart is powered by battery , the battery is installed in the transfer cart , the batteries supply the electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system , the transfer cart can perform following actions perfectly , Such as go forward and backward, start , stop ,it can also be adjusted the speed etc. The transfer cart can also travel on the ‘S’ or arc-shaped rail and be used in the ferry working conditions , flammable , explosive environment ,
The hydraulic lifting device can be installed under the working table ,the DC motor has advantage of soft start , big starting torque , small impact on the gearbox ,low voltage and long life span etc .There’s no limit on travelling distance , low requirements on rail , it is suitable to be used in long distance transportation and low using frequency .The battery need to be maintained in a regular time , the life time of the battery is about 3 years .
