Our Mexico customer asked for electric mine hoist to lift people and ore with the cage from the mine shaft ,the depth of the mine shaft is 180 meters , the speed needs to reach 1m/s ,according to the requirements , we recommended the JTP1.6*1.2P model , this type the 1st layer storage of cable is 205 meters , when the cage reached the bottom of mine shaft , it still has about 5 coils of cable on the drum as the safe coil .The mine hoist is equipped with Schneider frequency inverter , Simens PLC ,hydraulic DISC brake etc . The lifting operation system can meet manual , semi-automatic , full-automatic operation. The PLC operation desk has a range of protection functions . There’s also a screen on the operation desk , it can show and record the depth , speed and signal ,it will be convenient for us to know the working conditions clearly .When the installation of mine hoist is finished at site by our Mexico engineer team ,the mine hoist passed the load test successfully .
